About the Job

This role leads the end-to-end marketing strategy for a well-established international food and beverage brand operating in the UAE. The position is responsible for strengthening premium brand positioning while driving profitable traffic across digital and physical channels. The successful candidate will translate commercial objectives into clear marketing plans, campaigns, and measurable performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the annual marketing strategy aligned with revenue growth, customer traffic, and digital expansion targets.
  • Develop full-funnel marketing plans across awareness, acquisition, conversion, and loyalty.
  • Lead brand positioning, ensuring a consistent identity and messaging across all customer touchpoints including in-store, digital platforms, social media, and delivery aggregators.
  • Drive digital and performance marketing strategies across paid social, search, and other digital channels, ensuring strong ROI and continuous optimisation.
  • Manage CRM and customer lifecycle marketing, including onboarding, retention, frequency growth, and win-back campaigns.
  • Oversee the launch of new products, seasonal campaigns, and promotional initiatives in collaboration with operations and commercial teams.
  • Shape the customer proposition across in-store, mobile app, and aggregator channels, ensuring menus, bundles, and pricing strategies support commercial objectives.
  • Lead and develop the marketing team while managing relationships with external creative and media agencies.
  • Own the marketing budget, investment planning, and performance reporting to senior leadership.
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, finance, supply chain, and digital teams to ensure strong campaign execution and brand consistency.

Key Ingredients

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 58+ years of marketing experience within hospitality, retail, or consumer brands in the GCC.
  • Proven experience across brand marketing, performance marketing, and CRM strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage marketing budgets and deliver measurable commercial results.
  • Strong understanding of digital ecosystems including social media, mobile apps, CRM platforms, and paid media.
  • Experience leading marketing teams and managing agency partners in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance brand building and performance-driven marketing.
