Head of Marketing

About the Role
We are seeking a commercially driven and highly experienced Head of Marketing to lead group-wide marketing strategy and execution across a portfolio of businesses operating in professional services, mergers & acquisitions, tax advisory, compliance technology, sustainability technology, social networking, and digital platforms.
The successful candidate will oversee marketing across the following brands:
- Elite Hub
- Churchill Mergers
- Churchill Tax Advisers
- EcoTrack360
- ComplyZap
This is a senior, hands-on role requiring a minimum of 10 years of proven marketing experience with strong track record of delivering measurable commercial results.
A core requirement of this role is deep expertise in Google Ads campaigns, which is one of our primary marketing channels across the group. The successful candidate must have extensive hands-on experience building, managing, analysing, and optimising Google Ads campaigns to drive high-quality leads and measurable return on investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy across all group brands
- Take ownership of Google PPC / Google Ads campaigns including keyword strategy, bidding, ad structure, landing page optimisation, and ROI performance.
- Monitor marketing spend closely and continuously improve cost efficiency.
- Manage paid marketing campaigns across Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Lead App Store Optimisation (ASO) and app growth strategies for Elite Hub
- Drive inbound lead generation for Churchill Tax Advisers and Churchill Mergers
- Develop demand generation strategies for Elite Hub, ComplyZap and EcoTrack360
- Strengthen brand positioning and digital presence for Churchill Partners
- Improve website conversion rates and user journey optimisation across all platforms
- Develop and manage content strategies including articles, videos, podcasts, and thought leadership
- Build clear performance dashboards and marketing analytics reporting
- Work closely with leadership, sales teams, developers, designers, and external partners
- Manage agencies, freelancers, influencers and internal/ external marketing resources where required
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on marketing experience
- Proven ability to operate independently and deliver consistent weekly KPI reporting
- Strong proven track record in Google Ads and PPC
- Experience managing and optimising digital marketing budgets with a focus on cost reduction and ROI improvement.
- Deep experience in digital performance marketing
- Strong experience with YouTube Ads, Facebook / Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns
- Demonstrable experience with App Store Optimisation (ASO)
- Proven experience generating high-quality leads and measurable ROI
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Experience managing multi-brand or group-level marketing
- Excellent English communication skills
- Create partnerships
- Negotiate with influencers
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in USA, UK, UAE or international markets
- Experience marketing SaaS, fintech/regtech, professional services, M&A, or investment businesses
- Experience managing and optimizing digital marketing budgets
- Experience building and leading marketing teams
