Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead and execute the overall marketing vision of our real estate business. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in strategic planning, brand positioning, high-quality lead generation, and international market exposure. This role requires a data-driven leader who can drive revenue growth, enhance brand equity, and build scalable marketing systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Leadership
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Create annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps with defined KPIs and ROI tracking.
Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to deliver high performance.
Collaborate closely with Sales, CRM, and Business Development teams to align lead generation goals.
2. Brand Development & Positioning
Build and strengthen the company's brand identity in domestic and international markets.
Oversee brand messaging, positioning, and communication strategy.
Ensure consistency across all marketing channels (digital, print, events, PR).
Manage corporate branding, project branding, and luxury segment positioning (if applicable).
3. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
Drive high-quality lead generation campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
Optimize CPL (Cost per Lead) and improve lead-to-conversion ratios.
Manage paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
Develop funnel strategies for residential, commercial, and international buyers.
Implement marketing automation and CRM integration for lead nurturing.
4. International Market Development
Develop marketing strategies targeting NRI and international investors.
Plan global roadshows, expos, Open house and partnership marketing initiatives.
Understand international buyer behaviour and regulatory considerations.
Build alliances with overseas channel partners and brokers.
5. Digital & Offline Marketing Management
Oversee website strategy, SEO/SEM, and content marketing initiatives.
Manage social media strategy and brand engagement campaigns.
Plan and execute ATL/BTL campaigns, print media, hoardings, and event marketing.
Analyse campaign performance using data analytics tools.
6. Budgeting & ROI Management
Develop and manage the annual marketing budget.
Monitor ROI across all campaigns and optimize spending.
Present monthly performance reports to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
510 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in UAE real estate.
Proven experience in strategic marketing planning and execution.
Strong experience in performance marketing and high-quality lead generation.
Experience targeting international real estate markets (NRI/investor segment preferred).
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
