Head of Marketing

Dubai

This senior marketing leader is responsible for defining and executing the organisation's marketing strategy to strengthen market positioning and support long-term growth. The role focuses on building brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, increasing customer loyalty, and enabling sustainable expansion through innovative, data-driven marketing approaches aligned with a regulated, technology-led environment.

The role works closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams including product, sales, and technology to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives. This leader manages and develops a multi-disciplinary marketing team to deliver high-impact campaigns that resonate with professional and enterprise audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Define and own the global marketing vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans that drive growth, brand equity, and market expansion.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment between Marketing, Product, Sales, and Executive Leadership for cohesive execution.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and industry trends to support strategic decision-making.

Brand Positioning & Corporate Identity

  • Build and maintain a strong, differentiated brand that resonates with enterprise clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee brand architecture, messaging frameworks, and visual identity standards.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all regions and communication channels.
  • Strengthen the organisation's reputation as a trusted, compliant, and innovative technology provider.

Communications & Public Relations

  • Lead corporate communications, media relations, and external messaging.
  • Develop proactive PR strategies to increase visibility across relevant business and technology media.
  • Act as a senior spokesperson when required at industry events and interviews.
  • Own crisis communication planning and reputation management processes.

Demand Generation & Growth Marketing

  • Build and scale a data-driven demand generation engine targeting enterprise and B2B customers.
  • Oversee performance marketing, digital campaigns, content strategy, and funnel optimisation.
  • Implement marketing automation, analytics, and attribution models to measure ROI and pipeline impact.
  • Drive customer lifecycle marketing to improve retention, engagement, and product adoption.

Partnerships, Ecosystem & Industry Presence

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with partners, vendors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Lead co-marketing initiatives to expand reach and credibility.
  • Represent the organisation at global conferences, forums, and industry discussions.
  • Build thought-leadership programmes including research, reports, and executive content.

Team Leadership & Organisational Development

  • Build, scale, and mentor a high-performing global marketing team.
  • Establish clear KPIs, performance frameworks, and operational processes.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage the marketing budget with a focus on efficiency and measurable outcomes.

Executive Collaboration & Business Impact

  • Provide regular insights to executive leadership on market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive dynamics.
  • Contribute to overall business strategy, revenue planning, and corporate decision-making.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives directly support commercial goals and long-term enterprise value.
  • Champion customer-centric thinking across the organisation.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of technology-driven, regulated markets and enterprise customer dynamics.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, including significant leadership responsibility.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful, scalable marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of compliance, governance, and regulatory considerations in complex industries.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic direction.
