ABOUT THE ROLE

Unique Properties is seeking a highly competent Marketing Manager to oversee the full 360 marketing operations of the company in the UAE. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to strengthen the company's market presence, maximize revenue, and enhance brand visibility across all channels. The Marketing Manager will supervise the digital, content, and social media teams, ensuring campaigns are aligned with business objectives and sales-driven results.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. Real estate experience in the UAE is highly advantageous. The main objective of this role is to increase market share, drive revenue, and position Unique Properties as a leader in the real estate market.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across all channels to create awareness and drive growth for Unique Properties.
  • Oversee all 360 marketing activities, including brand management, advertising, PR, events, and digital marketing.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to the digital, content, and social media teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor promotional events, roadshows, and marketing campaigns.
  • Produce performance reports and analyze marketing metrics to inform strategy and optimize campaigns.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively across projects.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Build strategic partnerships with media, stakeholders, and potential clients to enhance brand visibility and business growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales teams to generate insights for marketing and branding strategies targeting new and existing clients.
  • Lead the development of digital marketing campaigns and ensure content is relevant, engaging, and consistent with brand messaging.
  • Work closely with Sales Directors to ensure digital leads and campaigns are effectively contributing to revenue growth.
  • Research and implement marketing strategies for emerging markets both regionally and internationally.
  • Hold regular meetings with sales and leadership teams to review pipelines, address challenges, and propose actionable solutions.
  • SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's Degree in Media Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
    • Minimum 10 years of marketing experience with a proven track record in senior roles.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
    • Extensive experience in digital marketing, content marketing, social media management, and 360 brand strategy.
    • Ability to plan and manage budgets effectively.
    • Experience with PR, events, and online campaigns.
    • Understanding of UAE real estate market and local business environment is preferred.
    • Must be a native Russian speaker with good command of English; additional language skills are a plus.
    • Highly analytical with the ability to translate marketing data into actionable insights.
    • Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
    • The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with over 10 years marketing experience, ideally in a fast paced, sales driven environment. Real estate experience would be an advantage.
