Job Summary

As a Head Waiter at The Guild, you will be part of leading our front-of-house operations to deliver an exceptional experience. This role oversees guest orders, seamless coordination between kitchen and floor teams, and is responsible for delivering outstanding dining atmosphere.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and etiquette
• Resolve guest requests promptly and professionally
• Train and mentor front-of-house staff
• Supervise and support the team during shifts

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience as Head Waiter in a fine dining restaurant or similar
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Solid knowledge of food, wine, and formal service standards
• A friendly, customer-oriented personality with the ability to create memorable dining experiences
• A professional appearance and positive attitude
