Besure Reinsurance LLC is seeking a Coordinator – Health Reinsurance Treaty to support our health reinsurance treaty operations across the MENA region. This is a technical coordination role within the reinsurance function, focused on treaty support, underwriting documentation, data coordination, reporting, and partner communication.
Key Responsibilities- Support health reinsurance treaty renewals and underwriting documentation
- Collect, validate, and organize insurance and reinsurance data
- Prepare loss ratios, treaty performance reports, and technical summaries
- Maintain treaty records, bordereaux, and internal dashboards
- Coordinate with insurance companies, reinsurers, and internal teams
- Prepare management reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Support client and partner coordination, including in-person and virtual meetings
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, timelines, and documentation standards
Requirements- 3–6 years of experience in insurance, reinsurance, health underwriting, or treaty support
- Strong understanding of health insurance and reinsurance treaty structures
- Experience in documentation, reporting, and technical coordination
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid, multi-country environment
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
