Role Description

  • Managed personnel operations including employee records, contracts, and labor law compliance.
  • Administered payroll ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper handling of deductions and benefits.
  • Led full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding top talent.
  • Supported organizational development (OD) initiatives including performance management and employee engagement.
  • Maintained HR systems and ensured data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handled employee relations and supported managers on HR matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong hands-on experience in Personnel, Payroll, Recruitment, and Organizational Development (OD)
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and HR operations
  • Proven ability to manage the full employee lifecycle from hiring to retention
  • High attention to detail with strong confidentiality and problem-solving skills
  • New Cairo or nearby residences are preferred.
