Role Description
- Managed personnel operations including employee records, contracts, and labor law compliance.
- Administered payroll ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper handling of deductions and benefits.
- Led full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding top talent.
- Supported organizational development (OD) initiatives including performance management and employee engagement.
- Maintained HR systems and ensured data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handled employee relations and supported managers on HR matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience in Personnel, Payroll, Recruitment, and Organizational Development (OD)
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and HR operations
- Proven ability to manage the full employee lifecycle from hiring to retention
- High attention to detail with strong confidentiality and problem-solving skills
- New Cairo or nearby residences are preferred.
