Job Description
Build a pool of qualified candidates for various positions, to fulfill the hiring requirements, Mainly for Blue Collars.
Initiate new sources, and using current sources efficiently.
Conduct phone screening interviews to evaluate the candidate's qualifications.
Communicate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Acting as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
Conducting job analysis to determine the job description and job specifications KSA required for a specific job.
Maintain & and follow up orientation programs for newly hired employees
Review outgoing HR letters and social insurance documents as related to the company employees.
Reviewing job offers and ensuring that they are aligned with the company compensation system.
Conduct regular meetings with the company's employees, resolve employee relations issues, and conduct investigations if needed.
Follow up the attendance of employees through the attendance system Fingerprint machine
Provide periodic reports about employees regularity and review employees vacation, absence, attendance, sick leave, etc.
Collects all mandatory documents for newly hired employees.
Creates, maintains, and updates personnel files in complying with the Egyptian Labor.
Manage penalty system according to the labor law and maintain penalty records up to date.
Manage in the process of employee s termination and suspension (resignations, end of contract etc.) employees.
Follow up probation periods to proceed with termination if required.
Respond to all employee inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsible for entering new employees on system and adding on fingerprint System.
Carrying out outdoor tasks and activities with official authorities (e.g., labor and insurance offices)
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
Proven experience in recruitment for both Blue & white collars,
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Good written and verbal communications skills
Experience of direct sourcing methods (LinkedIn, Social Media, etc.)
Excellent computer skills Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
