HR Generalist

We're Hiring | HR Generalist

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across key HR functions, particularly Personnel, Payroll, and Recruitment, with previous experience in the F&B industry.

Position: HR Generalist

Location: Misr El Gedida, Cairo

Working Days: Sunday - Thursday

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Personnel activities and maintain accurate employee records
• Handle and support Payroll processes and related HR data
• Manage the full Recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to hiring
• Ensure compliance with applicable Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and records
• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and management
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably within the F&B industry
• Hands-on experience in Personnel, Payroll, and Recruitment
• Good knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance
• Very good command of Microsoft Office
• Experience with Bluworks is a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
