Human Resources Director

This is a full-time, on-site position based in 10th of Ramadan. The Human Resources Director is responsible for overseeing all HR functions including designing and implementing HR policies, promoting positive employee relations, managing performance evaluation processes, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Additional responsibilities include guiding HR strategies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and contributing to the professional development of employees.

• Deep knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles, including recruitment, retention, and workforce planning
• Experience in crafting and implementing HR Policies to align with organizational goals
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and fostering a positive, productive workplace environment
• Proficiency in Performance Management, including evaluation systems and development planning
• Comprehensive understanding of Labor and Employment Law compliance
• Proven leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus)
• 5+ years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in manufacturing or a related industry
