Talents Tide is seeking a highly experienced HR Director for a prestigious semi-government entity in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be an Emirati with a proven track record in leading HR functions within government or semi-government organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of HR strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
- Oversee organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives.
- Drive performance management, employee engagement, and culture transformation programs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and government HR regulations.
- Lead compensation, benefits, and rewards strategy.
- Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and best practices.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on all HR matters.
Requirements (Emirati) – Mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 12–15 years of HR experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Previous experience as HR Director (or equivalent) within a government or semi-government entity – Mandatory
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and public sector HR frameworks
- Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
