1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions.
Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates.
Support offer letter preparation and onboarding documentation.
Facilitate new-hire orientation and ensure smooth integration.
2. HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, and attendance.
Support payroll inputs such as attendance reconciliation, leave data, and variable components.
Assist in generating HR reports and dashboards.
3. Employee Engagement & Communication
Organize employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
Conduct feedback processes such as onboarding check-ins and exit interviews.
Support internal communications and culture-building initiatives.
4. Performance Management
Assist in coordinating performance review cycles.
Maintain performance evaluation data and follow up on goal-setting.
5. Compliance & Policy Support
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in documentation for audits.
Maintain statutory compliance records (PF/ESI/etc.) as required.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
13 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or similar roles.
Basic knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and HRIS tools.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
