Job Summary
The HR Generalist will support and manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, personnel administration, and payroll activities. The role ensures compliance with labor laws and internal policies while contributing to a positive and high-performing work environment. The HR Generalist will work closely with management and employees to support HR processes and help drive the company's growth and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Handle personnel administration, ensuring accurate employee records and compliance with labor and social insurance regulations.
- Assist in payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate salary calculations, deductions, and insurance contributions.
- Coordinate with government authorities regarding labor law, social insurance, and medical insurance matters.
- Maintain and update HR databases and reports related to attendance, leaves, headcount, and employee status.
- Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers regarding policies and employee relations.
- Support HR planning activities and assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure smooth and efficient HR operations aligned with business needs and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 23 years of experience in HR operations, including recruitment, personnel, and payroll.
- Experience in the F&B or retail industry is a must .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social and medical insurance regulations.
- HR diploma or certification is a plus.
