HR Manager Real Estate Developer | Dubai
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to join our Real Estate Developer in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR management within the UAE Real Estate sector and a deep understanding of UAE labor law.
Responsibilities:- Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
- Ensure full compliance with MOHRE regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement HR policies, performance management systems, and staff training programs.
- Support management in organizational planning and talent development.
- Foster a positive and professional work culture across all branches.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience within the UAE real estate sector.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in UAE Labor Law and MOHRE regulations.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
