Human Resources Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations, including recruitment and talent management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role will also involve collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals and facilitating employee training and development programs.

• Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
• Knowledge of HR Policies, Labor Regulations, and Compliance Standards
• Strong Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Communication Skills
• Experience in Training and Development, Performance Management, and Leadership Support
• Excellent Organizational, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making Skills
• Proficiency in HR-related software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in human resources management or a related role
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred
