Job Smmary
The HR Manager UAE is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end human resources function across Albaddad's UAE entities, ensuring full compliance with UAE Labor Law, supporting operational workforce requirements in manufacturing and construction projects, and aligning HR strategy with corporate business objectives.
The role oversees talent acquisition, workforce planning, compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Management
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business growth plans.
Lead workforce planning for factories and projects.
Establish HR KPIs and monitor performance metrics (turnover, absenteeism, productivity ratios).
2. Recruitment & Workforce Planning
Manage full recruitment lifecycle for white-collar and blue-collar workforce.
Forecast manpower requirements based on project pipeline and production capacity.
Optimize labor cost structures.
3. Compensation & Benefits
Oversee payroll accuracy and timeliness.
Design salary structures aligned with UAE market benchmarks.
Monitor overtime calculations and labor cost controls.
4. Legal Compliance & Governance
Ensure full compliance with UAE Federal Decree Law No. 33 of 2021 and its Executive Regulations.
Manage employee contracts, policy updates, and disciplinary procedures.
Coordinate with MOHRE, Free Zones, and Immigration authorities.
Handle labor disputes and represent the company in mediation processes when required.
5. Employee Relations & Engagement
Lead grievance handling and disciplinary investigations.
Promote employee engagement initiatives.
Monitor retention strategies and turnover trends.
6. Performance Management
Implement KPI-driven performance appraisal systems.
Align bonus and incentive frameworks with productivity metrics.
Support leadership development initiatives.
7. HR Operations & Systems
Ensure proper HR documentation and employee records management.
Improve HRIS systems and reporting dashboards.
Supervise visa processing, medical insurance, and labor card renewals.
Qualifications & Experience Required
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Master's degree or HR certification (CIPD / SHRM) preferred.
Minimum 812 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Experience in Construction / Manufacturing sectors is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and Free Zone regulations.
Proven experience managing 1000+ workforce environments preferred.
