Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic and operational HR partner to business units at the local level, ensuring alignment between HR practices and organizational objectives.
  • Focus on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local labor laws, while supporting management in driving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business units and local management.
  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational and strategic objectives.
  • Support workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and organizational design initiatives.
  • Lead and support recruitment activities to ensure timely and quality hiring.
  • Oversee onboarding, probation follow-up, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Provide guidance on performance management processes, appraisals, and development plans.
  • Support learning and development initiatives based on business and competency needs.
  • Handle employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and company values.
  • Advise managers on employee engagement, retention, and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and internal governance standards.
  • Support change management initiatives and organizational transformation projects.
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate with shared services and HR centers of excellence as required.
  • Contribute to HR projects, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification is an advantage.
  • Minimum 1013 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 3 years in an HR Manager/HRBP or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience supporting multiple business units or operational environments.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with HR systems and HR analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of integrity and accountability.
