Role Description

We are seekinga HumanResources Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the UAE.The ideal candidate willbe responsible foroverseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will play a key role in supporting our business needs, ensuring the proper implementation ofcompanystrategy andobjectives, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • HR Management:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Lead strategic projects to improve HR processes and drive organizational change.
  • Recruitment and Staffing:Manage the recruitment and selection process, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and onboarding of new employees. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure the best talent is sourced andretained.
  • Employee Relations:Act as a point of contact for employee issues, providing guidance and support to both employees and management. Handle conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actionsin accordance withcompany policies and UAE labor laws.
  • Performance Management:Design and implement performance management systems, includingsettingKPIs, conducting performance appraisals, andfacilitatingemployee development plans. Work with leadership toidentifyareas of improvement and career growth for employees.
  • Compensation and Benefits:Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with local regulations. Conduct salary reviews and manage the annual salary increment process.
  • Learning and Development:Identifytraining needs and design training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Manage learning initiatives that support the growth and development of employees across all levels.
  • Compliance and Policy Management:Ensure that the organizationcomplies withall local labor laws and regulations. Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures that are legally compliant and in line with companyobjectives.
  • Employee Engagement:Foster a positive work culture and lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Organize employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and other engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee Administrative Tasks:Manage and oversee various administrative tasks, including but not limited to office management, employee documentation, and general office support.Ensure that all administrative functions are carried out efficiently and align with company standards.

Requirements

  • Education:Bachelorsin HR Management or Business Managementor a related field isrequired.
  • Experience:Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience in the UAE, with a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadershipand peoplemanagement skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiencyin HRMS and other HR management software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
  • Knowledge of performance management and employee development best practices.
  • Proficiencyin data analysis and HR metrics.
  • Language:Proficiencyin English isrequired; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
