Role Description

This is a contract role for a Human Resources Manager based on-site in Abu Dhabi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employee relations, and developing HR policies and practices. The role will also require regular collaboration with leadership to support organizational goals, leading training and development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. Additionally, the Human Resources Manager will manage payroll, benefits, and employee performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and personnel management practices.
• Skilled in conflict resolution, employee relations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing training and professional development initiatives.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience managing payroll, employee benefits, and performance appraisal systems.
• Fluency in English; additional languages commonly spoken in the UAE are an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (certifications are a plus).
