Role Overview:
We are looking for an HR Manager who can lead the end-to-end HR function, ensuring compliant, effective, and scalable people operations. Partner with leadership as a trusted advisor across policy, culture, capability building, and change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with UAE labour law
- Advise leadership and employees on HR matters with clarity and discretion
- Drive talent development, engagement, and retention initiatives
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and statutory compliance
- Support organization-wide growth, transformation, and change programs
Must Haves:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR leader in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and contemporary HR best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- High discretion handling sensitive and confidential matters
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications are an advantage
