What This Role Is About

Our client, a well-established company within the hospitality industry, is seeking an HR Manager, based in Dubai, to lead and manage the full HR function across the organization.

You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and HR policy implementation. This role plays a key part in building a strong people culture while supporting business growth in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

This position is ideal for an experienced HR professional who is hands-on, people-centric, and comfortable balancing strategic HR initiatives with day-to-day operational excellence.

You will partner closely with senior leadership and line managers to support workforce planning, ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, and drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Your ability to operate with empathy, structure, and commercial awareness will be central to success in this role.
