About the Role
As SmarterMinds continues to grow, we are strengthening our HR operations to support a multi-country team and ensure high standards across payroll, documentation, and employee support. We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to play a key role in maintaining operational excellence. This role offers meaningful responsibility, a direct impact on HR processes quality, and the opportunity to bring structure, ideas, and improvements to operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain contracts for employees, partners, and clients
- Support payroll and coordinate with finance
- Maintain HR recods and databases for employees and partners
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including documentation and system access
- Act as point of contact to HR inquiries from employees, partners, and clients
- Contribute to improving HR workflows, processes, and internal systems
About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Law
- 23 years of experience in HR operations or administration
- Fluent communication in English and Arabic (written + verbal)
- Proven experience handling sensitive documents (contracts, payroll, employee files)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to research, understand, and apply policies, procedures, and contractual requirements
- Fast learner with HR systems and internal tools
- Excellent skills in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and ethical judgment
