This job opportunity is offered by ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC - Graduate Development Program.

The program is designed for Graduates with 0-2 years of experience. The program offers various job rotations, mentorships, coaching & trainings.

Job Purpose:

To execute HR administrative tasks within the business unit, provide direct support to the employee's queries and maintain accurate HR records in line with set procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of the HR policies and ensure that HR processes are efficiently applied.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for routine employee queries regarding HR policies, forms, and administrative processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and reporting structures under the guidance of HR leadership.
  • Distribute and collect performance appraisal forms in accordance with the performance management cycle.
  • Manage the scanning, filing, and archiving of completed evaluation appraisal documents to ensure proper recordkeeping.
  • Support the HRBP in updating the individual development plans (IDPs) with ensuring the alignment of the employee growth objectives.
  • Compile and validate raw data to support the preparation of HR reports.
  • Support the execution of performance management processes, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
  • Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
  • Monitor employee engagement levels and support initiatives aimed at improving workplace culture and retention.
  • Support in analyzing HR metrics and prepare reports to inform decision-making and track progress against HR goals.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, which includes exit interviews, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
  • Responsible for the Talent Assessment Center operations.
  • Support in the Internal Transfer process to or from Corporate.

Job Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any related field.
  • Years of Experience: 0- 2 years of experience.
  • Language: Good English & Arabic.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft office
