Job Opportunity | HR Specialist
Location: Riyadh
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
• Handle employee relations and address workplace concerns
• Oversee HR operations including attendance, leaves, and employee records
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage performance appraisal processes
• Support training and development initiatives
• Handle payroll coordination and HR reporting
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in HR (Generalist or Specialist role)
• Strong knowledge of HR functions and Saudi Labor Law
• Familiarity with government platforms such as Qiwa and Muqee.,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
