Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive HR Specialist with proven experience in the UAE to manage end-to-end human resources operations. The ideal candidate must have strong understanding of UAE Labor Law, visa processes, payroll administration, and employee relations within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment (job posting, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation).
  • Coordinate visa processing, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
  • Conduct induction programs for new hires.
  • UAE Labor Law & Compliance
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and regulatory updates.
  • Handle MOHRE-related processes and documentation.
  • Maintain employee files in accordance with UAE regulations.
  • Payroll & Compensation
  • Process monthly payroll in compliance with WPS (Wage Protection System).
  • Manage leave records, overtime, EOSB (End of Service Benefits) calculations.
  • Coordinate with finance for salary transfers and payroll reporting.
  • Employee Relations
  • Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Support performance management processes and annual appraisals.
  • Promote positive employee engagement initiatives.
  • Visa & PRO Coordination
  • Manage employment visa applications, renewals, cancellations.
  • Liaise with PROs and government authorities for labor and immigration matters.
  • Ensure timely processing of Emirates ID and medical procedures.
  • HR Administration & Reporting
  • Maintain HRIS system and employee database.
  • Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, payroll summary).
  • Develop HR policies aligned with company objectives and UAE regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 35 years HR experience in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and MOHRE regulations.
  • Experience handling WPS payroll processing.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.
