We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive HR Specialist with proven experience in the UAE to manage end-to-end human resources operations. The ideal candidate must have strong understanding of UAE Labor Law, visa processes, payroll administration, and employee relations within the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (job posting, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation).
- Coordinate visa processing, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
- Conduct induction programs for new hires.
- UAE Labor Law & Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and regulatory updates.
- Handle MOHRE-related processes and documentation.
- Maintain employee files in accordance with UAE regulations.
- Payroll & Compensation
- Process monthly payroll in compliance with WPS (Wage Protection System).
- Manage leave records, overtime, EOSB (End of Service Benefits) calculations.
- Coordinate with finance for salary transfers and payroll reporting.
- Employee Relations
- Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Support performance management processes and annual appraisals.
- Promote positive employee engagement initiatives.
- Visa & PRO Coordination
- Manage employment visa applications, renewals, cancellations.
- Liaise with PROs and government authorities for labor and immigration matters.
- Ensure timely processing of Emirates ID and medical procedures.
- HR Administration & Reporting
- Maintain HRIS system and employee database.
- Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, payroll summary).
- Develop HR policies aligned with company objectives and UAE regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 35 years HR experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and MOHRE regulations.
- Experience handling WPS payroll processing.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.
