Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing HR functions and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the overall well-being and productivity of our employees.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources.

Employee Relations:

  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture through effective communication and engagement initiatives.

Performance Management:

  • Implement and oversee performance management programs, including goal setting, feedback, and performance evaluations.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance-related matters.

HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and update policies accordingly.

Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and board members.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities for employees.
  • Implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Â
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
