We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing HR functions and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the overall well-being and productivity of our employees.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
Employee Relations:
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
Performance Management:
- Implement and oversee performance management programs, including goal setting, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance-related matters.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and update policies accordingly.
Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Act as a liaison between employees and board members.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities for employees.
- Implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Â
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office.
