Ontime Healthcare is seeking an Immediate Joiner Cost Estimator specialized in Fitout projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing comprehensive cost estimates for various fitout projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness to support successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze project plans and specifications to identify scope and cost requirements
- Research and compile costs related to labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Develop detailed cost estimates and prepare bidding documents
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and procurement teams to ensure alignment of estimates with project goals
- Maintain and update cost databases and pricing information
- Track changes in project scope and adjust estimates accordingly
- Support cost control measures during project lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Proven experience as a Cost Estimator for Fitout projects, preferably within the UAE market
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office suite
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations is desirable
- Immediate availability to join the team
