About the Role
Safe Solutions is looking for a motivated Infrastructure Engineer with 23 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team.
You will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and maintaining customer IT infrastructure while working closely with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and support Windows Server and Linux environments
- Manage Active Directory (users, groups, GPOs, domain services)
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Support and maintain backup solutions (Veeam, Cohesity, Commvault, or similar)
- Provide support for network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches, routing)
- Monitor systems, perform performance tuning, and preventive maintenance
- Participate in infrastructure projects from planning to delivery
- Document system configurations and procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or Technical Support
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server & Linux
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory
- Experience with VMware ESXi or Hyper-V
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
- Experience with backup and recovery solutions
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Very good English communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset and team player
Nice to Have
- Experience with Azure or AWS
- Knowledge of IT security best practices
- Familiarity with monitoring tools or automation
- Relevant certifications (MCSA, RHCSA, VCP, CCNA)
