Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility for some work-from-home days. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships to facilitate the sale of various insurance products. You will actively reach out to prospective clients, assess their needs, and provide customized insurance solutions. Additionally, you will support customers with policy management, address inquiries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance Sales and Sales techniques to identify and secure new business opportunities
- Strong knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage principles and practices
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service experiences and address client needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Previous experience in a similar role and a good understanding of the insurance market in Egypt
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software is an advantage
