Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Sales Specialist, located in Cairo. The Insurance Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying customer needs, offering tailored insurance solutions, and driving sales. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining knowledge of insurance policies and products. Collaborating with internal teams and external insurance brokers will be essential to ensure customers receive the best available options for their specific requirements.

Qualifications

• Skills in Insurance Sales and comprehensive knowledge of insurance products
• Understanding of Insurance and Health Insurance practices
• Proven expertise in Customer Service and building strong client relationships
• Experience with Insurance Brokerage and external collaboration
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in the financial or insurance industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
