Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position for an Insurance Sales Specialist based in Cairo. The role involves selling insurance solutions, including life, health, and accident insurance products, to individual and corporate clients. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, providing consultations to address their insurance needs, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Some work-from-home flexibility is available, while maintaining a strong presence and engagement with clients in Cairo.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Insurance Sales and Insurance to effectively recommend and provide suitable solutions to customers.
- Experience in Customer Service and building client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and trust.
- Knowledge of Insurance Brokerage and Health Insurance to address diverse needs of individual and corporate clients.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Self-motivation, goal orientation, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is advantageous.
