Job Summary:
We are seeking a visionary Senior Interior Designer with advanced skills in Unreal Engine to join our innovative design team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique combination of artistic flair and technical prowess in Unreal Engine, capable of transforming client visions into immersive, virtual reality experiences.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Innovative Design Creation:
- Lead the development of interior design projects utilizing Unreal Engine for high-quality, immersive 3D visualizations and walkthroughs.
- Create detailed design proposals that effectively communicate innovative concepts to clients.
Client Engagement:
- Establish strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and delivering beyond expectations.
- Conduct dynamic presentations of design concepts, leveraging Unreal Engine visualizations to provide a clear, compelling view of proposed designs.
Project Leadership:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of design projects, ensuring seamless execution from concept through to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors, providing guidance and ensuring design integrity.
Unreal Engine Mastery:
- Maintain cutting-edge knowledge of Unreal Engine, leveraging its capabilities to set new standards in interior design.
- Resolve complex technical challenges associated with advanced Unreal Engine applications.
Collaborative Teamwork:
- Foster a collaborative environment, sharing expertise in Unreal Engine with other design team members.
- Contribute to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and peer reviews with constructive insights.
Qualifications
- Space Planning, Architecture, and Interior Design skills
- Experience in creating construction drawings
- Experience in selecting FF&E for interior design of properties
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and coordinate with contractors and other vendors
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field
- Strong knowledge of design software (Unreal Engine, e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max)
