Job Summary:

Join AlJammaz Group as an Internal Audit Supervisor and play a pivotal role in strengthening our risk management, internal controls, and governance processes. Reporting to the Internal Audit Director, you will lead audit engagements, drive process improvements, and help ensure compliance across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute risk-based internal audits (financial, operational, compliance).
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare clear, actionable audit reports and communicate findings to management.
  • Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, HR, and other teams to ensure alignment on audit and compliance matters.
  • Utilize audit software and data analytics to enhance audit effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and support compliance initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–7 years experience in internal audit, risk management, or compliance (Big 4 experience is a plus).
  • Professional certifications (CIA, CPA, CFE) preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
