Seeking a Junior HR Generalist to support regional HR operations across the Gulf and Near East. This role focuses on HR administration, recruitment coordination, reporting, and employee support, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR activities and compliance with policies and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, exits).
- Maintain HR records and documentation.
- Prepare contracts, letters, and HR documents.
- Coordinate recruitment (screening, scheduling, offers).
- Support onboarding and induction processes.
- Prepare HR reports and track key metrics.
- Handle employee queries and support engagement initiatives.
- Assist in performance management cycles.
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain records.
- Support regional HR projects and coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–3 years of HR experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Arabic fluency is preferred.
- Knowledge of UAE labor law is a plus.
- Experience in a multinational environment is a plus.
