Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior Purchasing / Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team . This entry-level position is designed for individuals looking to start their career, with a focus on procurement processes that support our projects and enhance operational efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in the procurement of materials and services required for construction projects.
  • Support the purchasing team in vendor selection and negotiation processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier information.
  • Collaborate with project managers to understand material requirements and timelines.
  • Help track inventory levels and reordering processes to ensure timely supply of materials.
  • Assist in analyzing market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Contribute to the preparation of purchase orders and contracts.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and best practices during the purchasing process.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering .
  • Experience in procurement or supply chain management is a plus but not required.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of construction materials and industry standards is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
