About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our sales team in Agouza. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential B2B clients for our hardware (e.g., servers, networking equipment, PCs, peripherals) and software (e.g., enterprise applications, licensing, cybersecurity, cloud solutions) portfolio.
You will not be closing deals directly—your primary mission is to fill the sales pipeline with high-quality, sales-ready leads that our Account Executives can convert into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Sourcing & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential B2B clients across targeted industries (e.g., corporate, government, education, healthcare, SMEs) that require hardware and/or software solutions.
- Use multiple channels including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, email outreach, social media, industry directories, and trade shows.
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists within the assigned territory (Greater Cairo and potentially nationwide).
Qualification & Nurturing
- Conduct outbound cold calls and emails to initiate conversations with decision-makers (IT Managers, Procurement Heads, CTOs, CIOs).
- Qualify leads using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) or a similar framework.
- Nurture cold and warm leads through follow-up sequences (calls, emails, content sharing) until they are ready for a sales conversation.
- Schedule qualified meetings or demos between prospects and the Sales/Technical team.
CRM & Data Management
- Log all lead interactions, notes, and status updates in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Odoo) on a daily basis.
- Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date lead databases.
- Track and report on key metrics: number of calls made, conversations held, qualified leads generated, meetings scheduled, conversion rates.
Market Intelligence
- Gather feedback from prospects regarding market trends, competitor offerings, and pain points.
- Share insights with the marketing team to improve messaging, content, and campaign targeting.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Coordinate with Marketing to align outbound efforts with inbound campaigns (e.g., webinars, whitepapers, email nurtures).
Requirements
Experience & Education
- 2–4 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation, telemarketing, inside sales, or sales development – ideally within IT, hardware, software, or technology solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with hardware products (e.g., Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco, or similar) and/or software solutions (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, cybersecurity, ERP, cloud) is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic (native) and English (professional proficiency).
- Strong resilience and ability to handle rejection – comfortable making 40–60+ outbound calls per day.
- Persuasive, confident, and articulate on the phone.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales cycles and decision-making processes.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or willingness to learn quickly).
- Familiarity with lead generation tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo.io) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in an onsite environment.
Availability & Location
- Must be available to work full-time, onsite in Agouza, Giza.
- Standard working hours (Sunday–Thursday, 9 AM – 5 PM or as defined by company policy).
- Must reside in or be able to reliably commute to Agouza.
