Job Purpose:
The Logistics Specialist will support project execution by managing the movement, storage, and delivery of materials and equipment for PSP projects. This role ensures timely and cost-effective logistics operations in compliance with company policies and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments for project sites, including customs clearance and documentation.
- Manage transportation planning for heavy equipment and project materials.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare and review shipping documents (packing lists, invoices, certificates of origin).
- Track shipments and provide status updates to project teams.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
- Support cost optimization initiatives in logistics operations.
- Handle logistics-related issues and resolve delays proactively.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 24 years of experience in logistics, preferably in EPC & Oil and Gas projects.
- Knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and international shipping.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
