Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Logistics Specialist will support project execution by managing the movement, storage, and delivery of materials and equipment for PSP projects. This role ensures timely and cost-effective logistics operations in compliance with company policies and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments for project sites, including customs clearance and documentation.
  • Manage transportation planning for heavy equipment and project materials.
  • Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Prepare and review shipping documents (packing lists, invoices, certificates of origin).
  • Track shipments and provide status updates to project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
  • Support cost optimization initiatives in logistics operations.
  • Handle logistics-related issues and resolve delays proactively.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 24 years of experience in logistics, preferably in EPC & Oil and Gas projects.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and international shipping.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Work Location:

Project sites and head office as required
