Teachers today work 50+ hours a week. Too much of that time is spent navigating fragmented systems and administrative overhead. Our BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal) is to save teachers 10+ hours every week while helping elevate their practices, so that time can go back to what matters most - teaching, learning, and meaningful time with students.

First, Toddle brings theentire teaching and learning lifecycle into one place. Teachers plan and map curriculum, create assessments and gradebooks, maintain student portfolios, communicate with families, and generate progress reports and transcripts - all from a single, coherent system. Toddle also supports adjacent workflows where teachers are closely involved, including attendance, timetables, calendars, accreditation, behaviour management, analytics, and insights.

Second, every layer of the platform is deeply AI-powered. Educators work with a thoughtful AI partner to plan curriculum, create lessons and assessments, assist with grading, write progress report comments, and derive insights from data. Toddle also offers student-facing AI Tutors, enabling highly personalized and immersive learning experiences.

Third, Toddle integrates seamlessly with the broader school technology ecosystem. The platform supports 50+ integrations across SIS platforms, content providers, data & integration platforms, and workspaces such as Google, Apple, and Microsoft.

Here's what you'll be doing

We are looking for a diligent, driven, passionate person for our efforts on engagement and retention of our schools in a high growth environment.

The School Success Manager will work with a set of 50-60 schools to deliver the following:

• Onboard: Coordinate the setting up of accounts of new schools
• Train: Work closely with the schools to ensure they are trained in Toddle
• Engage: Proactively look at schools to ensure that they get the most out of Toddle

The School Success Manager will work directly with the School Success Lead and will be supported by designers, developers, content writers, and data analysts. The north star metric for the School Success Manager is the school's happiness.

Key Responsibilities:

The School Success Manager role can be split into two key functions: Reactive support and proactive support.

Reactive support

• Cater to the training requests received from schools,
• Coordinate the closing of bugs/ requests received from schools through emails or other communication channels

Proactive support

• Ideate and devise ways to continuously improve our interactions with the schools
• Analyse the usage details from their partner schools and work to improve on the same
• Maintain academic calendars for your partner schools and reach out to them proactively
• Help create training content that we can share with schools to help them use Toddle better
• Help create pedagogical content to support the understanding of the users

Is this someone that looks like you

• Is passionate about technology and the impact it can create in education
• Is tech-savvy and can quickly learn new technology tools
• Has knowledge of progressive curriculums such as IB PYP, IB MYP, IB DP, IGCSE etc (not mandatory)
• Has prior experience working in a similar role in a B2B organisation (not mandatory)
• Has excellent written and oral communication skills in English
