Role Overview
The Marketing Director will lead the overall marketing strategy for the group, with a strong focus on branding, brand building, brand scaling, and performance-driven marketing. The role requires a hands-on leader with a background in marketing agencies and proven experience promoting and growing brands across competitive markets in the UAE and wider region.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute group-wide marketing and brand strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
- Lead the development, positioning, and scaling of multiple brands across the holding's portfolio.
- Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital, offline, PR, social media, and performance channels.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ROI, and KPIs across all brands.
- Oversee external agencies, media partners, and internal creative teams to ensure brand consistency and high-quality execution.
- Leverage data, market insights, and consumer behavior to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Support new brand launches, rebrands, and market entry initiatives.
- Work closely with senior leadership, sales, and business unit heads to align marketing with growth targets.
Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong track record in brand promotion and scaling.
- Prior experience working in a marketing or advertising agency is mandatory.
- Proven exposure to managing and growing multiple brands, ideally within a group or holding structure.
- Strong understanding of the UAE and regional market dynamics.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience managing sizeable marketing budgets and teams.
