Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new opportunities.
- Plan and manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Campaign Management
- Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, social media, email, etc.).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to ensure objectives are met.
- Coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.
- Brand Management
- Strengthen brand awareness and ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Manage the creation of marketing materials, including collateral, digital content, and advertisements.
- Oversee PR activities and relationships with media partners.
- Digital Marketing
- Oversee SEO/SEM, social media marketing, paid advertising, and website content management.
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to track and optimize marketing performance.
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals and external partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer success) to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with a strong analytical and results-driven approach.
