Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop the annual marketing strategy and align it with the company's business objectives and sales targets.
• Identify target market segments, prioritize key markets, and develop market entry strategies.
• Develop and oversee the annual marketing campaign plan (ATL, BTL, and Digital Marketing) and obtain the necessary approvals.
• Manage the marketing budget and maximize marketing return on investment (ROI).
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with the Sales Department to develop and implement lead generation strategies.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis and recommend strategies for differentiation and business expansion.
• Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency of brand identity, visual standards, and messaging across all channels.
• Develop and manage strategies for exhibitions, events, and strategic marketing partnerships.
• Prepare strategic performance reports and future recommendations for senior management.

Educational Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (minimum requirement: Bachelor's degree).

Required Experience:

• 10 to 15 years of relevant professional experience.

2. Proven ability to conduct market analysis and develop business growth strategies.
