Job Description

The Role :

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and lead marketing initiatives across the UAE and KSA markets. Based in Dubad or Riyadh, you will work closely with our Chief Marketing officer to manage comprehensive go-to-market strategies across digital channels, events, and account-based marketing programs to drive qualified pipeline for our enterprise solutions. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, along with cross-functional collaboration with Central Marketing and Regional Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute integrated marketing channel strategies across the UAE and KSA markets.
  • Manage full-funnel demand generation programs from awareness through conversion, optimizing campaigns to generate high-quality leads across both markets.
  • Adapt and implement country-specific and segment-specific key messaging in campaigns and marketing assets.
  • Plan and execute events to create engagement opportunities with target accounts and drive pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams on pipeline targets, report on pipeline performance, and implement ABM plays for target accounts.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, pipeline metrics, and conversion rates, and provide regular reports to stakeholders on market performance.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize campaign landing pages, nurture sequences, and retargeting flows that convert awareness into qualified opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Central Marketing Team for design, content production, local website updates, event branding, and campaign assets while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Source and coordinate with local vendors for creative production and merchandising needs.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain marketing reports and documentation on schedule and adhere to process workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B marketing or SaaS environments
  • Experience executing multi-channel campaigns and events in the UAE and/or KSA, with an understanding of local business culture
  • Proven track record of measurable results in lead generation and pipeline contribution
  • Proficient in English with excellent writing and communication skills
  • Proficient in Arabic (Modern Standard Arabic), with comfort communicating with Gulf-region stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce, supply chain, logistics, or omnichannel commerce technology sectors
  • Background in ABM and enterprise marketing targeting mid-market to enterprise accounts
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar marketing automation and CRM platforms
