Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at ELHELOW GROUP. Based in New Cairo, this is an on-site role responsible for designing and overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth. Key tasks include managing marketing campaigns, developing marketing collateral, conducting market research, analyzing trends and customer needs, managing digital and social media marketing efforts, and collaborating cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 57 years of proven experience in the same role or a similar Marketing Management position
• Proven experience in Marketing Strategy, Brand Management, and Campaign Execution.
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing tools, Social Media Management, and SEO/SEM techniques.
• Strong Analytical and Market Research skills to identify trends and customer behavior.
• Solid understanding of Content Creation, Advertising, and Event Planning.
• Excellent Leadership, Communication, and Team Collaboration skills.
• Ability to work on-site in New Cairo and manage a fast-paced environment effectively.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required; an advanced degree or additional certifications in marketing would be a plus.
• Experience in the furniture or manufacturing industry will be considered an advantage.
