NOW HIRING A MARKETING MANAGER

Our client is a Real Estate Development company currently delivering an iconic mixed-use development.

The Role:

The Marketing Manager supports the delivery of integrated marketing and communications initiatives for a large-scale real estate development portfolio. The role plays a key part in promoting destinations and assets, strengthening market positioning, and enhancing stakeholder and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns for assigned real estate assets and destinations, guided by an annual marketing plan aligned with overarching brand and communications objectives.
  • Drive awareness, footfall, occupancy, and demand through targeted marketing initiatives that support leasing, sales, events, and destination-led objectives.
  • Continuously monitor campaign effectiveness, adjusting tactics, channels, and investment based on performance data, market response, and audience insights.
  • Collaborate closely with internal content, creative, and digital teams to develop regionally relevant campaigns and ensure strong on-ground and digital execution.
  • Work with external partners, tenants, operators, and brand stakeholders to align marketing strategies, co-marketing initiatives, and promotional calendars.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize marketing spend to improve return on investment and demonstrate the commercial impact of marketing activities.
  • Ensure all marketing communications adhere to established brand guidelines, development positioning, and approved messaging frameworks.
  • Leverage market research, customer data, and performance analytics to identify trends in real estate demand, visitor behavior, and market dynamics, translating insights into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 8 plus years of UAE marketing experience, within real estate development, destination marketing, mixed-use projects, or large-scale asset portfolios
  • Deep understanding of Dubai's real estate landscape, buyer behaviours, market cycles, and regulatory environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and performance tracking
