Job Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing
initiatives that align with the company's mission to elevate local brands. This role
oversees multi-channel campaigns, digital presence, and external partnerships to drive
brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with
company goals and brand values.
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, social media,
events, PR, and influencer collaborations.
Work closely with local brand partners to create joint promotions and campaigns
that highlight their unique stories and products.
Manage and optimize the company's digital presence, including websites, social
media channels, and email marketing.
Manage paid advertising campaigns on digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook,
Google Ads, etc.)
Explore and propose strategic external partnerships to boost brand equity.
Lead on Back-to-back calendar of propositions to increase brand awareness and
equity.
Analyze marketing performance data to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
Lead content creation efforts, ensuring all messaging resonates with our target
audience and reflects our mission to elevate local brands.
Collaborate with sales, merchandising, and operations teams to ensure marketing
activities support overall business objectives.
Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and external agencies or
freelancers.
Stay up to date with industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, or related field.
Experience
5-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within fashion retail or lifestyle sectors.
Soft Skills
Proven track record in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong digital marketing skills including social media management, SEO, and content
marketing.
Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners.
Passion for local fashion brands, culture, and sustainability.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Language Skills
Excellent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Computer Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
Other Requirements
