We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead brand storytelling and strategic marketing execution across all channels, ensuring every touchpoint reflects quiet luxury and exceptional craftsmanship Marketing Manager

The Role
- Own and execute the annual marketing strategy in line with creative vision, business priorities, and production capacity
- Lead seasonal and capsule campaigns across photography, film, editorial, and print
- Curate private client experiences including salons, viewings, exhibitions, and global showcases
- Manage PR, press relationships, cultural partnerships, and founder communications
- Oversee digital presence (website, social, newsletters) with a strong editorial lens
- Ensure close alignment between marketing, sales, and atelier teams
Must Haves
- 48+ years experience in fine jewellery or adjacent ultra-luxury
- Background in founder-led, boutique, or independent brands (not large maisons or conglomerates)
- Proven experience marketing appointments, private previews, salons, and capsule drops
- Strong eye for imagery, copy, and brand tone able to protect a quiet-luxury aesthetic
- Comfortable working hands-on with CMS, CRM, and performance analytics
- High level of discretion and understanding of UHNW clientele
Nice to Have
- Experience with luxury events (art fairs, couture weeks, galleries, museums)
- GCC and/or European market exposure
- Arabic, French, or Italian language skills
