Tamkeen is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy, content direction, and market positioning for a water factory someone who understands how to build a brand, shape its presence, and drive commercial growth through smart marketing.
What you'll do:
- Define and manage the brand identity visual direction, tone of voice, and positioning across all touchpoints
- Oversee content strategy and execution ensuring every piece of content serves the brand and drives results
- Lead brand visibility and presence across digital, retail, trade, and events
- Develop pricing strategies across retail, HoReCa, wholesale, and B2B channels
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions
- Own the product marketing direction SKUs, packaging, formats, and new product launches
- Plan and execute go-to-market campaigns, seasonal activations, and brand partnerships
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, prefered in FMCG, F&B, or manufacturing
- Strong brand-building mindset not just performance marketing
- Deep understanding of content strategy, brand presence, and market positioning
- Experience with pricing, trade marketing, and distribution channels
- Data-driven approach comfortable with dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Deep knowledge of the Saudi market and local consumer behavior
