Great Minds Event Management is looking for a dynamic, results-oriented and proactive Marketing Manager to join our Marketing department. The ideal candidate will be flexible and willing to travel occasionally based on event requirements. This role is crucial for driving our marketing strategies and enhancing the visibility of our diverse range of events within the industry.
Salary - 11,000-14,000 AED (based on exp)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans & strategies for upcoming events.
- Strong writing skill to create engaging content for various platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cohesive marketing activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends & opportunities for data generation.
- Manage marketing budgets and track ROI on marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, sponsors, and media contacts.
- Utilize automation tools to streamline and enhance marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on events preferred.
- Experience with CRM/marketing automation tools, preferably Active Campaign.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
